We spend a lot of time and effort behind the scenes putting together your special event, and in keeping your special date reserved we forego other potential bookings.
As such, we have the following cancellation guidelines -
Alternatively, we would love to reschedule a date with you! In doing so, your deposit is held and used to reserve an alternative date.
Can't have rainbows without a little rain! Unfortunately, the weather if out of our control and we are unable to refund booking fees due to the weather.
We encourage all of our clients to consider an alternate wet weather location in the event of wet or poor weather. We are able to transform any space into a beautiful picnic for your special event.
In the event of damage occurring to any of our stock in the way of food or drink stains to fabrics that require professional cleaning, you are liable to cover these costs.
In the event of breakage of our equipment or loss thereof during your event, these losses must be covered at full retail price.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS HOME FOR DELIVERY?
In the case that nobody is available to take the delivery, the grazing box will be left in a shady location (if possible) at their front door and you will be notified along with a photo of box location via the communication method we have been using to arrange your order.
If the recipient lives within a unit block or gated community, please ensure you always provide a contact point for the recipient as re-delivery may not be possible at another time.
Unless a particular delivery time is specified with your order, all delivery times will be dependent on the area it is being delivered with all deliveries starting at 9:30am (unless an earlier time slot is arranged).
To avoid disappointment of uncollected deliveries, as the customer please ensure your recipient is going to be home and if a specific time slot will not be possible for your delivery notify Graze & Laze Co. no later than the day prior to delivery to ensure the delivery run sheet can be put together to accommodate.
